Cara Q. and Global Service Resources (GSR) found each other on Indeed. Together they found an excellent fit for Cara at a local hospital as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). With three years of experience, this position in a high-stress and demanding environment was understandably intimidating at first. But with GRIT and significant goals to achieve, she won’t be leaving anytime soon.
At the beginning of the hiring process, she explained that “I thought it was a scam at first. It seemed a little too good to be true, and you know what they say if it is too good to be true, it probably isn’t!” Fortunately, Destiny, a recruiter at GSR, was able to put ease to her concerns and offered confidence that this was, in fact, not a scam, simply just a good fit!
“It was honestly a really good experience. Destiny was very prompt at answering any questions and helped me in every way possible,” Cara highlighted.
In addition to working as a CNA and gaining education through her experience, Cara is also going to school and is feeling even more motivated to Graduate.
